SCC Blue

Our CSR Management Methodology

The roll-out of the SCC Blue package ensures that our customers are better prepared to meet regulatory environmental protection obligations and to attain CSR targets.

Our methodology

Audit of current CSR performance:
Policies and practices on environmental, social and governance issues.

Developing a CSR strategy:
Identifying key areas where our customers can have a positive impact on the environment and society, and helping them draw up action plans to achieve these goals.

Factoring CSR into operations:
Adopting sustainable practices with all stakeholders, including suppliers and tenants. Adaptating to new rules and methods in the context of rising energy prices, and rolling out processes to meet government calls for reduced energy consumption, with the aim of optimizing operating budgets. Introducing sustainability criteria for the acquisition and management of real estate assets, and setting up “green” committees at sites.

Carrying our energy transition work

CSR certification: Obtaining recognised CSR certifications for business and real estate assets, such as BREEAM In-Use. Working to improve brand image with investors and tenants.

CSR communication: Communication of CSR practices to all stakeholders, including investors, tenants, employees and local authorities. Helping with annual sustainability reports and creating structured CSR reporting.

CSR training: CSR training programmes to raise our customers' awareness of sustainable practices and help them implement their CSR strategy.
