SCC City

CC City specialises in helping city-centre stakeholders enhance the value of their assets. In its role as an advisor, partner and representative of landlords and investors in technical management, SCC City designs, implements and monitors projects for a wide range of city-centre properties.

SCC City works hand-in-hand with local authorities and investors to transform downtown locations into true destinations. 

Our teams work on several types of properties: 

  • Establishments Open to the Public (ERP category 5 to ERP category 1),
  • Single and joint ownership developments,
  • Commercial premises from 80 m2 to 6,000 m2,
  • Hotels,
  • Offices,
  • City centre: commercial premises,
  • Paris - Rest of France.

Our SCC City Project Managers lead and follow up every mission and serve as the main point of contact for customers. The Project Manager is backed up by the SCC City Coach for the operational roll-out of city centre projects. Depending on the mission profile and the services needed (marketing & innovation, commercialisation, delegated contracting), the SCC City team liaises with the other SCC teams and an extensive network of partners (conducting studies, street furniture, events).
