La Vaguada
Perfectly integrated into its surroundings, La Vaguada is one of the busiest shopping centres in Madrid. It combines 85,000m2 of retail space with most of the major popular brands, as well as a number of exclusive facilities dedicated to entertainment or relaxation, such as its 1,000m² children's theme park. It also provides services rarely offered in shopping centres: a tobacconist, a shoe repair shop, a dentist's office and even a post office.

Inaugurated in 1983 in the Pilar district, La Vaguada has direct access to the M-30 and M-40 motorways, as well as to metro lines 7 and 9. Completely refurbished in 2003, the building won an award for its environmental qualities in 2008.
