The offices, shops and restaurants of the Palau de Mar enjoy a historic and privileged environment in the heart of one of the most beautiful buildings of industrial architecture in Barcelona. Built between 1880 and 1890, it houses more than 16,000 m² of office space, as well as a set of 14 restaurants on 8,000 m², identified as one of the best places to go out in Barcelona. Currently it also houses the PIER-01: start-ups dedicated to the technological and virtual sector covering 11,500m².
